The Jeep Renegade is a one of kind vehicle! The Renegade offers both on- and off-roading capabilities that make it superior to other vehicles in the subcompact SUV class. Inside the SUV you'll find 18.5 cubic feet of cargo room behind the rear seat, plenty of legroom for every passenger, and easy to use advanced technology features that will keep you charged up and connected. Outside you'll immediately notice Jeep's signature seven-slot grille flanked by round headlights and the unique X taillights reminiscent of Army jerrycans! Sport
The 2018 trim levels start off with the entry-level Sport. Standard features for this model include a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, 16-inch steel wheels, a removable cargo floor panel, manually adjustable mirrors, cloth upholstery, remote locking and unlocking, a folding rear seat with 60/40 split, push-button ignition, a front passenger seat the can fold flat for more cargo room, power windows and locks, and a height-adjustable driver seat. Standard technology features include a USB port, a rearview camera, a six-speaker sound system, a driver information display, a five-inch touchscreen, and Bluetooth connectivity. The Sport can be outfitted with even more features thanks to three available packages: Sport Appearance, Power & Air Group, and the Uconnect 7.0 Group! This model comes powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that creates 184 pound-feet of torque and 160 horsepower.
Latitude
Step up the ladder to the Latitude model and you'll gain features like another USB port for charging, fog lights, a steering wheel wrapped in leather, automatic headlights, ambient LED lighting, and body-colored mirrors and door handles. The Latitude also gains all the features from the Sport Appearance, Power & Air Group, and the Uconnect 7.0 Group packages. There is an additional package for this model known as the Altitude which adds vinyl door trim, upgraded cloth upholstery, 18-inch wheels, and black exterior styling elements. This model comes powered by the same engine as the Sport model. Offered for both the Sport and Latitude models is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that cranks out 175 pound-feet of torque and 180 horsepower. Jeep pairs this engine with a smooth shifting automatic nine-speed transmission.
Trailhawk
The Trailhawk model was made for the path less traveled! Building off the features from the Latitude model, the Trailhawk gains the 2.4-liter engine as standard and features like upgraded cloth upholstery, 17-inch wheels wrapped with all-terrain tires, all-season floor mats, and exclusive four-wheel drive system with low-range settings, unique interior and exterior accents, hill descent control, underbody skid plates, a raised suspension, and tow hooks. The Trailhawk also comes equipped with a leather-wrapped shift knob, a 115-volt power outlet, an enhanced driver information display, and automatic wipers.
Limited
The Limited model comes loaded with comfort and convenience features like a rear seat with 40/20/40 split and center pass through, dual exhaust tips, a leather-wrapped shift knob, a heated steering wheel, a windshield wiper de-icer, heated front seats, silver roof rails, an eight-way power adjustable driver seat, automatic wipers, leather upholstery, keyless entry and ignition, a household-style outlet, remote engine start, and auto-dimming rearview mirror, vinyl door trim, and an enhanced driver info display.
There are quite a few other packages to look for when checking out the trim levels of the 2018 Jeep Renegade. First up is the Uconnect 8.4 NAV Group (available on the Latitude, Trailhawk, and Limited models) which adds features like all the contents from the Uconnect 7.0 package, HD radio, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and a navigation system. The Advanced Technology Group (Latitude and Limited models) adds forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and mitigation, rear parking sensors, and automatic high beam control. The Safety & Security Groups (Latitude, Trailhawk, and Limited models) adds blind-spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert, automatic wipers, and xenon headlights to the Renegade. Another option for all trim levels is the My Sky open-air sunroof that offers a power vent/slide front panel and two manually removable panels for a true Jeep open-air experience!
