New features for the 2019 model year? Can you tell us about them?
The Pacifica and Pacifica are receiving a ton of great features for the 2019 model year! The bold and sporty S Appearance Package, that adds features like additional black exterior trim elements, black interior details, and either 18- or 20-inch Black Noise wheels, is now available on every single Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models! The Pacifica Touring Plus gains a slew of new available features for optimum customization including the Uconnect Theater system with wireless streaming to keep little passengers happy, the Cold Weather Group for those bitter early mornings, and the Advanced SafetyTec Group. There are two new exterior paint colors for the 2019 model year too! They include Maximum Steel and Luxury White joining other colors like Velvet Red, Dark Cordovan, and Ocean Blue Metallic!
What kind of power do the Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid harness?
Lift up the hood of a gasoline-powered Pacifica model and you will find the next generation of the trusted and loved 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. This engine produces up to 287 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. Chrysler matches this engine to a smooth-shifting nine-speed automatic TorqueFlite transmission. Underneath the hood of the Pacifica Hybrid, you will find a variation of the same engine working in conjunction with a lithium-ion battery and a ground-breaking eFlite single-electrically variable transmission with two motors. This advanced technology delivers an electric and gasoline 566-mile driving range which means you can make fewer stops at the gas station and an all-electric 33-mile driving range! Fuel economy is estimated at 84 MPGe.
Do the Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models offer any technology features?
Yes! Both the Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid come loaded with modern technology and entertainment features! Depending on the trim level that you opt for, entertainment and technology features include two infotainment touchscreen sizes: 7- or 8.4-inches, the Uconnect Theater system that adds two 10-inch touchscreens to the back of the driver and front passenger seats, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. Every 2019 model is outfitted with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration. Android Auto gives drivers access Google Voice Search, Google Play Music, and Google Maps while Apple CarPlay gives Apple Maps, Siri Voice Control, text messages, and Apple Music! Lulling kids to sleep or jamming to the ABCs is easy thanks to three available audio systems! The standard system offers six-speakers and Active Noise Cancellation. The two available systems include the Alpine system offers 13-speakers and the 20-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound system!

The Pacifica Hybrid model is offered in three trim levels while the Pacifica is offered in six trim levels for the 2019 model year. Both models are available in a total of ten exterior trim levels including the two new additions for this model year! One of the best parts of the Pacifica minivans is the Stow 'n Go seating system. These seats come with Easy Tilt and Assist so you can configure that seats in a variety of ways to accommodate passengers or cargo or a mix of both! The Pacifica also offers the first hand's free sliding rear doors and liftgate that can open with just a swish of your foot! The available Stow 'n Go vacuum will help you keep your minivan clean from cheese crackers crumbs and dirty cleats!
